Özlem Altıngöz, who graduated from Özel Marmara Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in 2015, She was in the 71st Cannes Film Festival with her latest short film Birth.
Özlem Altıngöz, a Los Angeles-based filmmaker ,’s short film ’Birth film was screened as worldpremiere at the 71st Cannes Film Festival / Short Film Corner this year. Altıngöz’s multi-award-winning short film “Birth” has won ”Best Director,Best Producer, Best Horror and Best Screenplay awards have been presented in many festivals in USA and Europe. This year 2018, the first time in Cannes, Altıngöz’s film was appreciated by the audience.
Altıngöz, who produced and directed her own film, wrote with Erika Hurt, based on Rosemarys Baby . The film was filmed in the house from famous location from the film by the famous director James Wan’s Insıdıous house. In the film, featuring the leading Spanish actress Isabel Serrano; Successful actors, such as Dustin Ardine, David Otto Simanek, Keith Wheeler and Babe Mcguire, are cast.
Özlem Altıngöz graduated from Private Marmara Vocational and Technical High School providing education in Radio-TV Program and completed her education in Los Angeles-New York Film Academy.
